Senior HR Business Partner

An international product company creating technology solutions for digital markets across fintech, marketing, igaming. We’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our team.

Location: Limassol, Cyprus (Hybrid)

What we’re looking for

• 4+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner / People Partner
• Ukrainian — Fluent, English — B1+
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build trusted relationships with employees and senior/C-level stakeholders
• Strong business partnering mindset
• Confident user of Google Docs & Sheets
• Proactive and collaborative approach
• Willingness to contribute to both strategic initiatives and day-to-day HR tasks
• Experience managing a small HR team is a strong advantage

Your responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end HR support
• Advise employees and managers throughout HR processes
• Partner with managers and organizational matters
• Develop and improve HR policies and processes
• Monitor employee engagement and satisfaction and implement improvement initiatives
• Support company culture and employer brand development
• Identify team needs and implement initiatives to improve effectiveness and development
• Organize internal events and initiatives that strengthen collaboration and company culture
• Use HR analytics and people metrics to identify trends, assess risks, and provide data-driven recommendations
