Automation Test Manager / QA Lead

We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Manager / QA Lead to define and drive an enterprise-level automation testing strategy across SAP and non-SAP applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise automation testing strategy
• Increase automation coverage and reduce manual testing effort across multiple programs
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable end-to-end automation frameworks for SAP S/4HANA, mobile, web, and Delphi applications
• Implement automation solutions using Tricentis Tosca and AI-enabled testing tools
• Troubleshoot complex automation and framework issues and drive root-cause resolution
• Manage automation planning, test execution, defect management, reporting, and quality metrics
• Lead and mentor a team of six automation engineers and test analysts
• Collaborate with business, development, workstream, and country teams
• Establish automation governance, standards, best practices, and KPI tracking

Required Experience

• 12–13 years of experience in SAP testing and quality assurance
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA end-to-end test automation
• Deep technical expertise in Tricentis Tosca and AI-enabled automation tools
• Hands-on experience with qTest, Jira Zephyr, and HP ALM / OpenText ALM
• Proven experience designing and improving automation frameworks
• Strong knowledge of web, API, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and Agile delivery models
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proven ability to increase automation maturity and testing efficiency across an organization

• Support resource planning and workload management
• Mentor automation engineers and test analysts
• Build a culture of quality engineering and continuous improvement
