• Senior AI Test Manager for QA teams(13+ years of eng. exp.);
• Product Owner QA ( PM with at least 7+ y of QA Java exp.;
• Lead QA Java(8+ y) engineer with product ownership experience.

Location: Remote

Conditions: b2c contract

Type: Full-time, 8 h a day;

5 h daily overlap with the core team in Chicago

8 a m.-13 p m.(-5 UTC).

Vacation is unpaid

Minimum contract is 9 months and on.

$6700 - 7800 before taxes

We’re seeking a strong AI Test Manager for QA teams, to define and own the end-to-end AI testing strategy, including frameworks, tooling, quality gates, and automation approaches for machine-learning and traditional software systems.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software test leads, setting clear expectations, elevating technical depth, and fostering a culture of quality engineering excellence.

Architect scalable AI test solutions, such as model-validation pipelines, data-quality checks, bias and drift detection, and performance benchmarking for AI/ML models.

Also available PO QA Java and Lead QA positions.

Requirements

• Be outside Russia and Belarus;
• Bachelor’s/College degree;
• At least 3 years of working in an English speaking envirom.;
• Strong technical background in QA Java engineering(8+ years) + Leadership experience ( 5+ years), Aİ project management;
• Experience in AI Test Architecture;
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and QA processes;
• Knowledge of software product design and software integration processes and functions;
• Previous experience with Playwright, Java, Karate, other tools;
• Agile/Scrum methodologies;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

PO QA requirements

• 7+ years of strong QA Java background;
• 3+ years of product ownership or BI experience;
• Playwright, Java/Rest Assured/Selenium/ REST APIs).
