Technical Support Specialist / Integration Manager

If you can tell why a transaction got stuck on the provider side, read JSON and logs faster than you can explain what went wrong, please keep reading.

What you'll do

Merchant onboarding: configure payment methods and routing (PSP, On/Off-ramp, cards)

API integrations: issue keys, set up environments, validate requests in Postman.

Incident investigation: trace transaction errors through JSON payloads, SQL queries, and Grafana logs to find the actual root cause.

Bug triage: reproduce, isolate (merchant vs. platform side), escalate to Engineering with a clear technical write-up.

Production go-live: final configuration checks before a merchant goes live.

You are one of two profiles

• Senior Customer Support in FinTech or payment processing with technical depth: you've used Postman to test requests, written SQL queries, and know your way around logs.
• L2 Technical Support or Integration Specialist with 2+ year working directly with payment APIs, merchant configurations, or PSP integrations.

Hands-on log experience - you can follow a transaction trace and find where it broke.

Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON structures, and how payment flows work end to end.

English B2/C1 in writing - merchants are international.

Nice to have

Grafana or similar monitoring tools, experience with PSP connectors or payment gateways, SQL well enough to write your own queries.
