Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in VP of Marketing / CMO / Head of Marketing roles within B2C iGaming.
• Strong experience with Tier-1 markets, Poland and Hungary.
• Strong expertise in performance marketing, affiliate acquisition models, and multi-channel growth strategies.
• Deep understanding of key iGaming metrics: CPA, ROI, LTV, FTD, retention.
• Experience managing marketing budgets, unit economics and high-performing teams.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategy for B2C iGaming products.
• Own acquisition, retention, LTV, ROI and overall marketing performance.
• Manage key channels: Affiliates, Media Buying, SEO, PPC, SMM, CRM.
• Lead marketing teams and optimize processes for business growth.
• Manage budgets and improve marketing efficiency.
