Affiliate Manager – MENA Region

Location: Remote (Philippines or UAE based candidates)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day

We are a fintech company specializing in financial brokerage services, delivering advanced financial products to clients worldwide. Our flagship product — an in-house trading platform — is offered to other brokers as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to develop and grow our partner network across the MENA (Middle East & North Africa) region. You'll source, onboard, and manage affiliates working on RevShare and CPA models.

Key Responsibilities

Source, attract, and onboard new partners for RevShare and CPA models in MENA

Build daily relationships with partners and prospect for new ones

Process inbound partner applications daily

Manage, support, and grow relationships with existing affiliates

Coordinate payout processes with assigned affiliates

Monitor affiliate activity to detect and prevent fraud

Handle partner inquiries and provide timely support

Initiate new projects to improve the affiliate program

Attend internal/international affiliate events — meetings, conferences, business trips

Collect partner feedback and share it with the team lead

Prepare and analyze reports

Onboarding & Early Goals

Complete onboarding within the first month

Hit KPIs by month three (e.g., 250 FTDs + a set number of partners)

Work closely with the regional team lead

Requirements

Mid-level+ experience in affiliate management

Fluent English 🇬🇧

Proven experience with affiliate programs in Forex/brokerage

Experience managing CPA/RevShare programs

Strong networking, relationship-building & sales skills

Arabic fluency — a big plus! 🇦🇪
