Affiliate Manager (Tier 1)

GGR Global is an international group of companies, a leader in the field of online entertainment and gaming technologies.

Your tasks will be

• Actively searching for and attracting new affiliate partners across Tier 1 markets (outreach through professional platforms, forums, databases, communities, etc.);
• Building and developing long-term partnerships: onboarding, account management, retention and growth;
• Scaling partner traffic and increasing performance;
• Managing financial operations with partners (reconciliation, payments);
• Expanding and developing new Tier 1 markets.

We expect from the candidate

• At least 1 year of experience in the iGaming industry as an Affiliate Manager;
• Hands-on experience working with affiliate partners in Tier 1 markets;
• Proven experience with crypto iGaming platforms and affiliate programs;
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing channels and traffic sources (SEO, PPC, ASO, Influencer Marketing, Streaming, Communities, etc.);
• Understanding of key performance metrics (FTDs, LTV, CPA, RevShare, Retention, ROI, Conversion Rate, etc.);
• Existing affiliate network and successful recent case studies;
• English level: B1 or higher.
