Art Director

Responsibilities

• Participate in client briefings
• Collaborate with the team to solve creative challenges and make clear creative decisions
• Guide and review the team's creative work
• Present creative concepts to clients
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer in branding
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand identity and visual communication
• A sharp eye for typography, layout, and detail
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with both clients and internal teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Confidence in giving and receiving constructive creative feedback

Nice to have

• Experience working with international or multi-market clients
• Experience with Al tools, motion design, or 3D
• Experience contributing to new business, pitches, and workshops
