Finance Operations & Management Accounting Analyst

We’re hiring a Finance Operations & Management Accounting Analyst at Kanzum — a B2B fintech platform providing cross-border payments and local account infrastructure across Africa, MENA, and Asia (think Wise Business for emerging markets)

What you’ll do

Prepare monthly management accounts and support month-end closing

Assist with financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit processes

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

Monitor cash flow, payments, and treasury operations

Investigate payment-related issues and support clients with payment queries

Collaborate with Engineering and Account Management teams to improve payment processes

Help strengthen finance processes and internal controls

What we’re looking for

2+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Treasury, or Financial Operations

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and analysis

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

English level: B2+

Experience in fintech, banking, payments, or Big Four is a plus

Nice to have

Experience with Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar systems

Exposure to multi-currency finance operations and payments

ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or ACA qualification (completed or in progress)
