Head of Casino Product

We're looking for an experienced Head of Casino Product to lead the Casino product strategy for a fast-growing international iGaming company.

Limassol, Cyprus (Relocation support)

Full-time | Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global Casino product strategy across multiple brands and markets
• Own the Casino content portfolio, integrations, and product roadmap
• Drive Casino lobby management, personalization, and player engagement
• Lead product innovation and improve the overall player experience
• Analyze player behavior, product performance, and market trends
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Commercial, Design, and Product teams
• Build and lead a high-performing Casino Product team

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading Casino Product within iGaming
• Proven success in driving product growth and player engagement
• Strong knowledge of Casino content, game providers, and supplier ecosystem
• Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Fluent English
