Our partners at Values Value are looking for a Head of Creative!

Remote to start, transitioning to office-based work in Warsaw.

The role is with a fast-growing mobile app company behind one of the world’s most downloaded products in its category, with 50M+ downloads and 4–5M monthly active users.

They’re looking for a hands-on creative leader who will:

Develop and scale paid social creatives

Analyze performance and turn data into a testing roadmap

Research US trends, culture, and audiences

Build and lead a creative team in Warsaw

Work directly with the CEO and CMO

Requirements: 3+ years of experience with Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels, strong analytical skills, fluent English, and team leadership experience.
