Junior+ Recruiter

Location: Tbilisi or Belgrade

We’re looking for people already based in one of these hubs or ready to relocate.

We’re looking for two Junior+ Recruiters to join our Talent Acquisition team — one recruiter will focus on our Product Analytics stream, while the other will support hiring across our Risk stream.

You’ll be a great fit if you have 1+ year of recruitment experience, ideally in a product or tech company. Your background can be either in product or IT recruitment — we’re ready to invest in your development and help you grow further as a recruiter.

You’ll work across the full recruitment cycle, partner closely with hiring managers and experienced recruiters, and have plenty of opportunities to develop your sourcing, interviewing and stakeholder management skills.
