Lead Backend Engineer

We’re looking for an experienced backend leader to join the Orca Security team in Warsaw, Poland.

In this role, you’ll lead delivery, work closely with Product and R&D and stay hands-on with architecture, design and code on critical paths. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys both technical ownership and team leadership.

What we’re looking for

• strong Python or Go experience, AWS, PostgreSQL and a background in backend systems and team leadership.
