Merch and Event Manager

Wisebits is looking for a Merch and Event Manager

This role entails working in two directions — creating merchandise for company employees and partners, and supporting the company’s participation in conferences and events!

Tasks

• Developing merchandise concepts for employees, partners, and regular users;
• Interacting with stakeholders and the creative team;
• Managing contractors located in both Europe and Asia;
• Working with factories, controlling orders and production;
• Collaborating with logistics companies;
• Supporting the organization of conferences and other branded events;
• Coordinating booth preparation, branded materials, and merch distribution for events.

Our expectations

• Work experience in merchandise, events, operations, or coordination;
• Fluent in both English and Russian;
• Possesses a sense of style and knowledge of clothing and accessory trends;
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and keep track of many moving parts;
• Proactive mindset and confidence in coordinating with different stakeholders.
