Sportsbook Product Manager

Location:Limassol, Cyprus (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to €7,000 Gross/month

A leading iGaming company is looking for an experienced Sportsbook Product Manager to own and develop its core sportsbook product.

What you'll do

• Own the sportsbook product roadmap
• Work closely with Risk, Trading & Operations teams
• Improve betting flows, odds feeds and settlement processes
• Write product requirements and user stories (Agile)
• Collaborate with engineering teams and third-party providers
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements

Requirements

3+ years of Product Management experience in iGaming Sportsbook

Strong understanding of sportsbook products and betting mechanics

Experience delivering products from concept to launch

Agile/Scrum & Jira

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills

Fluent English
