We're building a faceless YouTube channel creating animated deep dives Agent Flappy style, but for sports icons: Jordan, Ronaldo, LeBron, etc.

Your Role

Animate 4-6 videos/month (15-20 min each) from ready-made scripts and voiceovers

Build athlete likenesses in a 2D flat-character style

Hold pacing and retention across long-form runtime

Maintain consistent visual style across the catalog

Starting workload will be lighter (2-3 videos/month) as we ramp up.

Requirements

1+ year in Adobe Animate (or After Effects hybrid)

Portfolio with real character animation

Ability to replicate a reference style with discipline
